Reviving this thread but not to play any half-arsed games but if anyone wants to actually talk about chess?

Anyone watching the world championship? Favourite openings? Where do you play online, etc etc.

I play at www.CHESS.com Very professional and has great live chess system.

Instructions: Make account (take only a few minutes) and tell me your name so I can play you. Would like to play someone from here tonight. There is Blitz (speed chess) and longer games which I prefer.

I generally value my rooks too much, though if I can leave me bishops in my corners for a few rounds, they can be deadly.

I hate any opponent that is good with horses. They are my downfall.

I just started playing that way and its helped lottts. Tip for you if your a big knight fan: In the beginning of the game after doing your opening setup move out your bishops and attack there knights. It will be a trade but in the end you will be much better off having the two knights while they only have bishops.
