The time I made the outrageous claim that Thurston Moore is one of the best lyricists of his generation.
OK so he wrote "Schizophrenia" and he's had his moments but by and large he stinks as a lyricist. All that bad beat sh*t.

Exactly. Its a feat of imagination lyrically above everything else but he rarely wrote a set of lyrics as good as that again.
