That of course, is a comment in and of itself.

Ok, regardless of your opinion on homosexuality, you should probably acknowledge that this is a good thing for him, coming out that is. Beats hiding and lying about it no?

P.s Assuming this isn't one of those really retarded American teen jokes in which case I'd be pretty pissed off.

I agree but is there a such thing as bisexuality? Is that some form of denial?

No it's not, it's perfectly possible for someone to be attracted to both sexes. They have nothing to gain from saying they're bi, homophobes think you're queer even if you are attracted to the opposite sex.

Call me a homophobe if you want, but I disagree with the practice, not the people. Liking men makes you a f@g. I use that not as a derogatory term, but as a term to describe both homosexuals and "bi-sexuals." If you know of a more politically correct term feel free to let me know.

Oh God, we're back to semantics. You can disagree and protest all you want, but homophobia no longer means a "fear" of homosexuals, it stands for the general disagreement with the "lifestyle". You're a homophobe, and that's fine and dandy, but I don't see why you shy away from being labeled one. It's not as if you're keeping your views a secret or being all PC about it. So what's the problem?

And saying you don't use the term fag as a derogatory one is bullshit plain and simple, if you don't wish to offend the other party, we in civilized society tend to use the terms "homosexual" , "bisexual" or perhaps "gay".

not really, IMO (and I stress that because it's MY PERSONAL OPINION), "Bi-sexuality" is nothing more than homosexuality in denial. Being sexually attracted to males at all makes you a homosexual, regardless of liking females as well. I realize that the term "Bi-sexual" in and of itself means being sexually attracted to 2 genders, but come one... who are they trying to fool.
