well lets have an example, many brazilian footballers grow up in the most hellacious of environments, surrounded by poverty and gang culture, yet they dont follow it, they become worldclass sportmen. So, i think yes, everybody has the capacity, its just down to what they want to do, which if im not mistaken, is free will.
