Sometimes they can't. I'll take it another step, addictions. A heroine addict can just stop heroine whenever they want?

I agree with Catie.

I don't care what the argument is. Catie is right.

Did someone put a gun to their head and demand them to shoot up? Free will.

But that's not true free will.

What if the choices for deciding are detrimental to free will?

Yea they are, if someone is complaining to me about how they can't eat because they want to be thin. I will tell them to shut the **** up, i don't care. Also, there's more than just believing in total free-will and total control, there's a nice middle ground that i think you need to come to terms with.

Have you ever tried to quit an addiction? It doesn't have to be to heroine.

No, but people choose to start smoking/drinking. People control their own bodies to intake that substance. Yes or no?

No, try addictions to painkillers after physical trama stimulants because of add. You can get addicted to those and there is not much choice in taking them.

YES THEIR IS! YOU CAN CHOOSE TO GO THROUGH THE PAIN!! THINK ABOUT IT FOR ****S SAKE!!
You just said that it's not acceptable to go through pain if their's a resource their to stop it. So you choose the drug rather than natural healing or just going with the pain.
