If someone was hypnotised, and the hypnotist had sex with them, yet they were compliant, would it be rape if they're not mentally damaged afterwards?

Is that a real dilemma even? Of course it's not rape, the bitch asked for it!

But what if she didn't choose to be hypnotised?
