I can do it to myself...not in a long time though.

As for not being able to do anything to help yourself while hypnotised...I admit I wouldn't know for sure as I've never been in that situation.

Adidasss, buy this. Derren Brown is a hypnotist who doesn't believe in hypnosis. Along with hypnosis he also touches on hypnosis, magic and loads more. Interesting read, completely disillusioned from any "truthiness" in magic existing.

Derren Brown used neuro-linguistic programming and some other visual techniques to make a bunch of bean pushers attempt to steal £150k from a security van with nothing but a waterpistol, without realising that that was what they were going to do (they thought they were just out for a stroll). Hypnosis, without all the "deep sleep" bull****.
