meh they are close enough to a bar for my standards. they are practically the size of one. and i think the mini ones are much better frozen...

Do Cadbury Cream eggs count as a bar? If so, those things are ****ing godlike. Shame they only sell them during Easter most the time.

As for me, I like the cookies and cream bar. I don't know who makes it... Nestle?
