I should imagine there is an age limit...Alo might know about that.

I have no idea if there is an age limit. But if a policeman sees a 13-year old who is high/drunk, he'll greet and keep op walking...

Smoking isn`t legal in Holland, it`s decriminalized.

You are really only allowed to smoke it in the places that sell it.But because there is no stop & search laws over there even if you did take it out the police have no power to take it off you.

A small town in the middle of the desert...in the USA....not far from California..closer to Nevada...

I knew it was decrimin'd in Holland I just wasnt aware of the stipulations...if you carry a med card in eleven states here in the USA the local gov't wont beat you and throw you in jail...
