I don't mind Phoenix Nights.
I do however think that Peter Kay is one of the most boring stand up comedians going. And the less said about Paddy McGuinness and Dave Spikey the better. I don't mind Neil Fitzmaurice though.

I'm not reading through 23 pages of comments...so here's my opinion: They're both equal, it just depends where you look. 30 Rock, It's always sunny in Philadelphia, Extras, The Office.. They're all on par with one another. Of course there's also ones that don't work as well...which in america is the norm. Few shows show signs of quality, and the ones that do usually die off pretty fast. It could be the same in Britain, but I don't live there.

I just don't like/get American Humour. 10% of the output I watch from American during the course of the year I actually find funny, the rest of it just serves to entertain me, maybe the odd smile.
Therefore, I'm going to ignore it exists and simply list good British comedies. Spaced. |

Best ITV comedy in the last 15 years. I miss this show.
