Most good literature isn't "outdated", look at Catcher In The Rye that was published in 51 and its still very popular and relevant, and Animal Farm was published in '45 its still great. And all of Stephen King's stuff is still good as hell and he started in 74.
hence..19th century..industrial.. error, besides cathcer in the rye is boring humdrub for scene kids who jack off to it. i'd hardly call 74' old with ****ens it is out dated because..it deals with a period of time we are no longer in

We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |
