This craft made of counter rotating fields of light is capable of carrying the consciouseness directly to higher dimensions. The merkaba is a product of breathing "prana" (or energy [the source, akasha, God, Buddah, Allah, Mother Nature]) and careful meditation....

Basically it is a form of enlightenment through breathing. Breathing is good.
