You'll notice all the threads that magically get bumped have polls in them. So someone votes and it automatically counts as a post, therefore coming to the top of the threads again. So you don't have to make an actual post for the thread to come back!

Definition of my name: The Mer-ka-ba is the interdimensional vehicle depicted by Buddhist and other Eastern religions (also said by some to be mentioned in the bible by Ezekiel). This craft made of counter rotating fields of light is capable of carrying the consciouseness directly to higher dimensions. The merkaba is a product of breathing "prana" (or energy [the source, akasha, God, Buddah, Allah, Mother Nature]) and careful meditation....

Basically it is a form of enlightenment through breathing. Breathing is good.

About 75%. Tis where I first heard it, and I didn't think much of it other then wondering what it meant. So then I looked into it and found out it was to do with the whole Mind-body thing and quite liked the sound of it.

Ha.

Proper breathing though. Theres everyday breathing which happens on a subconscious level which we all do, but then you can concentrate on breathing which can stimulate mind and body. More so then a can of Red Bull
