I'm thinking it's something like 'good' girls would stay home and not be caught acting like a 'bad' girl slutting around town. Since there's nothing exciting to do at home the good girl just eats and gets fat while the bad girl is giving desert to the guys.
Either way, it's the bumper sticker equivalent of a tramp stamp.
