Most likely it won't be lowered. It's really not something you need to worry about either, unless you intend to "violate" more "guidelines".

You know, it's probably your smart ass remarks that got you that warning in the first place.

As one of the admins said before, it's a way for the mods to keep tabs on the users who repeatedly violate rules, and its nothing that you need to be worried about. You can still post can't you?

But no, I don't believe that there is any sort of identification number. I'll search around for something like that and get back to you.
