oojay said he thought it was british slang and rt just had fun with him. I didn't make it up. People in my high school marching band say it all the time. I don't think they know what it means. But if you fall they'd be like, ha, you're lursty. If you lock someone out of a room then they're lursty. That's how we use it anyway.
