Really, because according to the most up to date demographics I can find for your country it's 80% White European Decent, 14% indeginous peoples, and 6% asian. That leaves less than 1% available for blacks. Don't tell me that you have a large population.

Between blacks, or even between friends (white/black) it is a self deprecating term.
"******" is not just a term that means black people, if it meant that it would not be offensive. It is a term that refers to black people in a derogatory way.

Between black people (or friends) it looses it's negative connotation. When used by one person (non-black) in contempt of another person (black) it retains a negative connotation.
