oh man, the brittish version is the only one i've seen, i doubt the americans can capture the brilliance of brit humour....awesome show, although i had some difficulty watching it ( i have a thing for watching people embaress themselves....it's as if it's happening to me )

The english version lacks one key thing IMO. That thing is Steve Carell.
