well my moms lasted till 200,000
my friends is at 250,000 and going my dads truck ahs 400,000 so average them out and its roughly 280,000 miles =)

From my own expierience, a Ford will have a significantly shorter life than a GM without any major work.

ok well we were arguining in a sense that all cars have the same life span so i was jsut wondering if thats true. For example..ok i have an audi a4 and she has a pontiac pursuit...will any last longer than the other? I dont know anything about cars lol..

The Audi will last longer than a GM plus hold it's residual value, however they are more expensive to maintain. I currently own a GM and believe me when I say it will be my last, what a piece of sh!t. I need it to get me through the winter and then I will be replacing it with a Toyota.
I paid $15,000 for a vehicle that I have had for four years and it is now worth $1500, buy a foriegn car and some of your value will stick |

well, i got it with 122k already on it. ive had it a year. i commute to school and sometimes ill go to minneapolis or st paul which will put a good 40 miles on it, there and back. americans are super lazy. we detest walking anywhere.
