My '61 Austin Canbridge had 635,000 miles on the clock when I bought her and I sold here with 987,000. Never touched her mechanicals with a spanner or screwdriver the whole time. Fiercly reliable motors the BMC, 1622

^omfg. Thats awesome.
I have a 1998 GMC Jimmy and they are fairly reliable cars. 4 wheel drive, fuck yeah. It is currently at 78,000 miles. I drive quite a lot, so its substantially increased in the year I've had it. I bought it for 8,000 dollars and I should check what blue book says now. I had a 1997 Ford Thunderbird for about a year and a half and it sucked because it was two door(which I HATE) and the front seats didnt lock so they would slide back and forth when I braked. And it was front wheel drive and I got stuck so much in the winter. I belive I sold that at 120,000 miles and it was starting to show signs that it needed work. Of course, I only bought this for 3 grand and was able to sell it for no less! woo hoo!

I actually like it a lot. And a lot of it now is custom. And I've got it suped up to race. So as long as I keep it up, I do not foresee any major work. Plus my daddy works at GM and can get me parts! But I was checking into getting a little manual car, possibly a Kia. Because although I can STILL smoke a lot of the cars with my Jimmy, I'd like to have something light and manual so I can compete with like camaros.

Its a part placed in the engine to compress air and increase horsepower. Thus turbo=faster. Twin turbos=effing fast and powerful car.
