30 yards? how about a kicker banking a 60 yard field goal to win the game?! that takes skill. whats harder to kick, a football for 60 yards or a soccer ball for 30 yards? my dick could score with a soccer ball from 30 yards. big deal.

Thats 30 yards with a goalkeeper there who`s job it is to stop it going in.
As opposed to kicking it between 2 sticks with no opposition.

Having seen how easily the American football sails over those fatties' heads or to their sides, I'd say perhaps the goalkeeper is more of an obstacle.
When the defense dive in American football, it looks more like they've fallen over. |

how easily? the kickers score so much b/c they are the best in the world, not b/c its easy. not like in soccer where youve got a 20+ feet wide goal being guarded by a single goalie. if you cant score on that then you must not be a very good player. so i understand why most games end a 0-0 tie.

Well, the best out of all of the people in the US who have ever bothered to kick and American football. Maybe the fact that the best American kickers all play in American football explains the US soccer team's free kicks??
