Define "wrong".
Technically, written laws generally condemn people killing people, but thats only law written by fellow men, whose place in life is no greater than your own. So if you want to kill than who are they to stop you? But it is unethical. You know, beliefs, morals and all that. Most people hold the same values and it tends to keep the majority of people in the same boat, which is how laws are made. If everyone was devided on something than it would be far harder to judge something wrong or right, let alone go on to enforce it.
