Or th eother downer is schools can choose a student regardless of their cpabailities and because of their race they get stuck at a rather bad school not known for it's academics because of the members of the student body.

most colleges have racial quotas anyway, so a certain number of blacks, latinos, asians, etc. are guaranteed to get in. You think colleges dont already pick and choose their students by race, athletic background (ever heard of a baseball scholarship

), how much money their parents make, etc?
