But what I basically mean by progressive is on income tax that the wealthier should pay higher precentage.

Or are you for everyone paying the same?

I think that since the top 5% have like 90% of the money (or something close) then the rich should be paying exponentially more than the poor. Its not gonna hurt them any.

It doesn't matter if guns were made illegal because if they were that would be only criminals and cops would have them. Because just like drugs or any other "banned" things people find a way around it.

Good, I was really hoping you wouldn't say the latter.

If you all think im conservative, youve obviously never listened to Neal Boortz. He says poor people choose to be poor and that theyre the cause off all our economic problems. I despise that man. (btw, he's a millionaire and wants all people, rich or poor, to pay the same, and no tax breaks for charities or churches either).

In probably her final legislative act in Congress, outgoing Georgia Representative Cynthia McKinney has introduced a bill to impeach President George W. Bush.

The legislation from the Democratic congresswoman has no chance of passage and serves as a symbolic parting shot not only at Bush but also at Democratic leaders. Incoming House of Representatives Speaker Nancy Pelosi has made clear that she will not entertain proposals to sanction Bush and has warned the liberal wing of her party against making political hay of impeachment.

McKinney, who drew national headlines in March when she struck a Capitol police officer, has long insisted that Bush was never elected legitimately. In introducing her legislation in the final hours of the current Congress, she said Bush had violated his oath of office to defend the Constitution and the nation’s laws.
