In other news, the SUpreme Court is thinking about over turning the Brown vs Board of Education case.
Well not really over turning it but putting a new spin on it.

They're thinking about making it so that high schools and colleges can also pick students based on race as well as academics and sports and behavior and whatever.

I personally think it's a joke. but what do you guys think?

Brown vs BOE set the precedent for "seperate but equal" right? how is this being threatened?
