Sounds like more PC crap to me.
Apparently I`m racist because I don`t find black women attractive. Of course the fact my ex girlfriend was hispanic , my best friend Spanish & a whole side of my family is Indian has nothing to do with it. |

There are still racists out there in all walks of life, and of all races. I think that they perhaps tend to keep their views to themselves as they know that the majority of people don't agree with them.

Well, being not in America I know nothing of the severity of racism there, although I have to deal with preduduce and racism comments on a day to day basis, as my friends are all extemely racist...which I hate. All over the world there's racism, it's stupid but some people are very odd. (Or I think it's odd to judje someone on that) But it's all different races that are racist and I don't think we'll ever be able to change it. I was watching a tv show and a black dude says "I'm sure you'll make some white guy very happy" and I was like "Hmmm, cause we're soo different" racism's horrible and even if you stop people from saying racist comments to you, even if they're about someone else you'll naver stop them thinking the way they do

I read somewhere once that 44% of Americans that took part in a certain survey agreed that Muslims should face restrictions of movement. At first that surprised me, but the article never mentioned where in America the survey was taken, or to what kind of people, their age, their intellect, their background etc, so such results have to be taken with a large pinch of salt.
Racism is still a part of our society though, and it probably always will be. Just up to the individual to rise above it all. |
