I'm trying to set up a new email account. I was just wondering if anyone has any recommendations before I choose. And please do not say hotmail. I just spent some time trying to find a username that isn't in use. I even tried youarefatandnoonelikesyou@hotmail.com. Somehow I doubt that there is currently an email address like this in use.

What is so good about gmail?

It has a massive load of email space. But I don't see whats the big deal about that i've like never gotten close to filling up hotmail.

Gmail gives you two gigs of space, you can archive your messages so that you dont have to delete them and when you have an email conversation with someone, it keeps it all in one mesage with "tabs" if you will....so it doesn't clutter your inbox. And there is now a built in chat system as well as a bunch of useful tools that come with it.


I just like it because its one of the cleanest email systems Ive ever used.

I don't communicate with e-mail so it's rather unneccessary for me. Thanks for the invite though.

ive got lycos mail, it does the job.

that's what i was using, and still do, but it's good to have two, so that I can shove all the junk in one and stuff i want in the other.
