Foobar

I gave up on Windows Media a long time ago, and with the new iTunes sucking ass, I finally decided to switch to Foobar 2k. The ability to customize everything about it is cool, but a little overwhelming. I'm still getting used to the coding and adding components, etc. I also realized how ****ed up some of my tags were when they weren't in iTunes, which is kind of annoying since I had to go back and retag a bunch of stuff. Anyway, I'm liking it a lot so far. Anyone else use it?

I'm bored and I figure I'll give it a try, I'm using iTunes right now because my mini _was_ working until the hard drive failed on it. Winamp was amazing until I kept getting script errors.

You can download Masstagger, or: Right click --> Properties, or use Freedb tagger (which sucks).

Update: With the release of 7.0.1. and Foobar having no easy way to manage my iPod (along with a few other small problems I had with Foobar), I've decided to switch back to iTunes. I'll probably try out a few other programs, but I'll be using iTunes in the meantime.

Hey! There was already a foobar thread. Which is awesome because I have a question!

When I go to rip a CD to my computer in foobar, it rips everything with no titles or tags...what gives? I'm too illiterate (and/or lazy) to figure out what to do to fix it, or find out if there even is a way to fix it. Anyone know what I'm talking about?
