From a girls perspective, I've noticed you cant make guys like you. Its either they do or they dont.

But tips if you must:
Wear more revealing/tighter clothes

Talk about ambitions(like college, job, future family)

Maybe talk about past intimate relationships if you have any, but just talk about it like an event, dont rub it in, dont say how good it was or wasnt.

Find out what the guy likes and look it up. If its cars, learn a lil bit about cars, if its sports or music, do the same. Guys like chicks into the same thing they are.

Make some moves. Many guys dont want to push you into anything, so they wont, you need to make the first move, like hold a hand or something.

Like I said, I do not believe you can make anyone like you, if its meant to be, it should be mutual. But give it a try.
