oink and/or indietorrents invite
 

so, everyone seems to be crazy about getting in these sites, anyone care to invite me ( or something )? or to anyone that is on those sites, could you see if they have tigercity?

Yeah, an Oink invite would be nice.. I know someone who's on it, but only on invitation so he can invite me...

so, not everyone that has an account can invite as i gather, only people who have a great ratio?

To be Honest I don't have a clue; I think you have to be a member for a certain amount of time/download a certain amount before you can offer others invites.

it's kinda like an online network which you can get music (and other?) torrents really easily. I think

I have an OiNK account. I'm at school and can't use it. In fact, it's basically brand new. I will give the username and account to someone on one condition.

You upload so you have a ratio of 1.00 (you upload the same amount you download...which is pretty easy to do). Problem with that is right now it's about 200kb below because i had to download microsoft office to my new computer.

Once you upload and download enough (a couple weeks), my account will get invites, and you can invite yourself if you'd like, and stop using my account, or whatever...invite other people here.

If anyone is interested let me know.



edit: I've also got a kraytracker account (basically the same thing as OiNK, google it) and it is unused as of now. But the same requirement applies, keep the 1.00 ratio. PM me.

Also, just to let people know, i'm saying keep a 1.00 ratio not to be a ****, but because they'll delete my account if it's not at least a 1.00 ratio.

Also, the higher your ratio the more invites you'll get.

I'd appreciate an invitee also.

Indie torrents is quite crap, I think.
They're Database is tiny and they don't have much Bright Eyes :(

someone with a flat rate should take alejos account and upload a ****load of stuff so they can give us lots and lots of invites....unfortunately, i'm a poor croat so it cannot be me...:(

I'll do it in order that people posted in the thread. That's even considering that I'm the one that gets it. I don't even know. Whoever does get it I think that would be the fair way. But I download from like 6 different forums so it wouldn't be hard to get a lot of people in quickly.

Remember that OiNK stuff is deleted after 30 days of no downloading/seeding etc. Once a member you can request stuff and people are normally pretty good about it. I'm drunk. ****.

what's the advantage of private trackers for music? doesn't soulseek do the trick?

It wouldn't let me up anything. I tried like 50 times but it gave the white screen of death (disconneted from server, you know oppose to the blue screen of death computers and some video games systems do, get it?)

Anyway they seemed pretty up tight about getting illegal music, if you posted transcode yo ass got banned, anyway and I honestly think a google search with various upload sites is much more effective than most private tracker sites.

i don't think you're actually supposed to up anything to keep a good ratio, but rather leave the stuff you downloaded to seed , lots and lots...

I have some indietorrents invites to give away. Anyone care for one?

Their database isn't great, and the seeding amount is low. BUT you download with like 300 mb/ps most of the time. I'm not sure why, but their torrents always download really fast.
