suicide lane i rathe rugged terrian. a good deal of the trail is dirt and the rest is cement.
It's easy to get lost in it after the dirt part of the trail ends. Sharp curves and turns. Nobody likes it because it's easy to tri over anything or run into a clearing. Or get lost.
At my school frshmen or noobs to track or even cross country have to run this trail. it's sorta like initiation.

Good luck with that. Dont forget post work out shakes 2:1 ratio carbs/protein after every run. It'll significantly improve your times.

If you can't stop drinking and doing drugs for a short amount of time you should really give up at life.

^lol, yes!

I'm quitting both as well. Not because I run or anything, but because cigs taste gross and I'm tired of feeling hungover for two days. I'm going straightedge.
