Noooooooooooooooooo!!!one1!eleven

:(

E3 is being downsized. Now my chances of going there are slimmer than they were. Damnit I just want to go get the free stuff and try new games, but noooooo they've gotta downsize it to where only a couple 100 people can go.

DAMNIT!

/ends rant

Oh and I'm getting better at bass

*waits for people to ask what E3 is*

Basically, nerdsville.

Always be afraid when someone has a hissy fit that they won't be going, it shows what their obsession in life is ...

I'm borrowing my bassist's Squire P Bass. It isn't good but I like the sound it makes when I use it with my 15 watt practice amp (for guitar so it's got more midrange punch).

And Fal, them down-sizing it will also limit how manufacturers tweak their product from observations and such from the people testing it out. And yes I want to go, think of the free stuff.

I heard they were ending it completely because the companies weren't making any profit out of it anymore.

I heard that developers were complaining it's become too much of a spectacle. E3 isn't made for regular gamers to go in there and see the games, which is why I'll never understand why they played it up for the public with booth babes, huge displays, etc. E3 was made for the press, game developers, etc., which is why you have to be able to prove where you work (or fake it) just to get in.

My father and a coworker (he doesn't work in the industry, but the coworker used to work for Ubisoft), and he said he didn't even really get to play any games because it was so crowded, and half the developers didn't even have games. This is better for developers. They'll spend less money on useless BS, they won't rush as many games, fake footage, or pull anything like that. E3 will go back to being what it was, and we'll all read the coverage in gaming mags.
