Yeah it kinda looks like that except instead of being read it's just skin coloured, just like a skin coloured bump! I tried sea salt water soaks for months and that didn't work, I also tried tea tree... maybe I'll give chamomile a go if I re-pierce it and the bump comes back! Thanks! |

I don't dislike piercings (or tattoos, for that matter) at all.
I just don't think I'll ever have one myself. I thought about piercings, but I figured 'why go through the pain, I don't care about them that much". My ex-girlfriend has a labret piercing and I love it. A friend of mine has a tattoo that's pretty much in Tool's artwork style and that's brilliant too. It's huge, but I don't think it makes her body any less pretty :) |
I'd love a lip piercing, a medusa preferably. I fear I'd look like a major "****" with it though.
|
I've got my ears done, plus I used to have my nose done until an accident happened and I was forced to take it out.
|
I want a plug piercing thing, they're so cool. All my friends think they are disgusting.

I dont see the point in those myself, a regular piercing is one thing, and if you decide later in life that you dont like it you take it out and it heals. With gauges chances are you'll go bigger and bigger, and then when you reach the age where you're ready to grow up and realise you're not a rockstar who can do whatever they want you'll regret it because you'll have massive saggy earlobes. Its the sort of thing I'd recommend against until you've 'made it', same with neck tattoos.

I went through a phase where I really wanted to get gauges so I ended up getting fake ones that looked like plugs but weren't :) If you like the look of them then I'd reccommend going for fakes rather than ending up with saggy earlobes. Because now in my twenties I am well and truly over all of my younger-aged fashion phases and I assure you, you will get over them as well.

Not everyone does though :D
Eitherway, a friend of mine has quite some piercings. Tongue, arm (yes, right above the wrist, strangets thing), couple of holes in her ears. She's now busy piercing her ears to put thos tubes in them. Her right upper arm is tattooed from top to bottom (based on the artwork from Alex Gray, you should like that Lateralus) And I should say I'm just fine with it. She's still a beauty. Doesn't change the fact that I just don't think it really matters. I'm fine with it, but she'd be fine without them too. I won't be having any. I already have a beard :D. |
id say those in the pic were about 8-10mm which wont go right back to size, theyll look about the size of a 3mm. Id say go no further than 6mm because you dunno how stretchy your ears are and do it properly or you'll regret it! :(. I could give you a link to a guide if you please. I also have neck microdermals. Theyre awesome. Pics when I can be arsed.

You have the back of your neck pierced? I dont even understand how..?
|
its like an L shaped plate with the bottom of the L under my skin and the top of the L has a gem on it. The bottom part also has little holes in it so the tissue will grow through it :)
two of these http://poundedink.com/wp-content/upl...hor-jewery.jpg |
How do you get that done?

They needle a hole in the surface of your skin, then put the footplate in. It just feels like loads of pressure. I couldn't really see what was going on as it's on my neck. But thats the jist. and no kate, but theyre not permanent im not expecting them to last any longer than about 6 months. :( they reject easily.
|
^ I lost one of those and got the other took out cause they were pointless as ****.
Took my lip piercing out because it was trashy. Might replace it with a new one, being a medusa? lol opinions on this? |

I would like my boyfriend to be without piercings, but it doesnt bother me much.

and the scene with the adrenaline shot?! I'm having trouble remembering the ins and outs of it. |

As for me, I went all out and got around 14. Mostly on my ears, but I'm going to take those 3 rings on my brow out. Think it's too much now even of I suit them. Maybe post pics later... |
Really?! I have had 14 all in too! 10 on my ears (those are still there, I can't bear to part with them). I think you suit the eyebrow piercings but sometimes you just get fed up of them, which is why I took my lower lip one out.
Which ear piercings do you have? I would love to get more but have no room lol :) |

I took my piercings out about three years ago when I realised I looked stupid, they didn't suit me at all.
