Each to their own, but i'd much sooner pierce my penis than i would get plugs or tunnels. I'd get a tatoo if i weren't so picky as to what i wanted.

Flesh Tunnels are better and they start at 10G, so its not like you even need to guage that big, thats big enough to get a toothpick through your ear.
