They probably keep a plug in it. It also brings a new meaning to the expression "Do you have a hole in your chin" if you slutter something down yourself.

I'd have got a double tragus if i knew they existed before my normal tragus. I dont have the willpower to retire it and the patience to baby a new piercing. Think I'm done with my ears for now.

all i have done right now is my ears, i wanna get another one on my earlobe, one on the cartlidge on my left ear, lip, naval (if i lose some weight), and possibly nipple.
