We went back there and they had come and hacked off every inoculated arm. There they were in a pile. A pile of little arms. And I remember... I... I... I cried. I wept like some grandmother. I wanted to tear my teeth out. I didn't know what I wanted to do. And I want to remember it. I never want to forget it. I never want to forget. And then I realized... like I was shot... like I was shot with a diamond... a diamond bullet right through my forehead. And I thought: My God... the genius of that. |

...it's just something us humans have to do to continue/survive. P.S. - Although hunting is cool with me, I get sick of hearing young kids going out with their parents for something like frog gigging.Obviously the kid isn't going to use the frog for his/her meal, yet s/he feels s/he accomplished something because their parents congratulate and encourage them to do it.Frog gigging is just something I don't deem necessary like hunting is. |

I couldn't care less about hunting for sport, people go on and on in this country about fox hunting but I just can't see how the death of a few foxes can affect me in any way. The only thing that I hate about fox hunting is the general snobbery of it all.
