In most instances yes but there are some people out there who just can't bring themselves to kill, there's nothing moral about it but some people can't stab,pfft!....cowards.

They wouldn`t need to stab. You could live on grubs , snails & things like that.

No stabbing necessary and it`s still eating meat.

We have to cinsider that hilucinations come with starvation, you might lose it and kill one without being consciously aware of it.
