Cigarettes. I know its disgusting. I was on chantix and it was working, but it also made me a raging bitch. The medication itself can cause you to be irritable, mix that with nicotine withdrawls and I get scary.

Fucking sleeping pills. Sigh. I think it's time I started doing something about it, I went through a box in 3 days (up to 50mg a day, which starts with 20 but then I think it's not working because it doesn't give me the same high it used to a few months back although I'm obviously already out of control coz I end up poppin' a few more and washing it down with alcohol to get some sort of buzz going...dumbass. ....then I step away from the computer and start falling around alike a fucking drunkard. Oh shit, I guess it is working a little... ). I wonder how much you have to take to "accidentally" overdose. I totally see how people end up doing that...:\

So yeah, this is gonna be a bitch.

I take sleeping tablets alot, but thats because I have genuine trouble going to sleep. I wouldnt be able to get up for work if I didn't have them. I'd be awake til all hours.

Yeah, that's why I started taking them and have become psychologically dependent on them to go to sleep but I wouldn't say I'm an insomniac per se. I just love being able to go to sleep on queue/within 10 minutes of going to bed and not having to wait for an hour or more for sleep to come. It's a waste of time, especially on work days. I don't really care on weekends.

I have great difficulty sleeping, and often dont get to bed until 4/5/6am. Its soul destroying. I've never been to the doctor about my sleeping pattern though, I just buy over the counter tablets. The stated dose often is not enough and I find myself taking one or so extra to get my sleep.

You can buy sleeping pills without a prescription in Scotland? Or are we talking herbal stuff?
