I never thought I'd say something as cliché as "I'm addicted to music", but now that I think about it, I spent once 2 days without music and got surprisingly crazy at the end of that second one.
I was plugging my ears with my fingers and singing my favourite tunes with my eyes closed, rolling on my back in the trunk of a Jeep. Well that is what I usually do when I find myself plunging in depression.
