man... i thought bowling for columbine was an excellent documentry, and i wouldnt of minded seeing the new farenhite one even though i disagree with michael morre's views, he was a good researcher, but now after reading all that website, michael is a complete jackass, there is no way im gonna see that movie now, and support him.
I hope everyone reads the site before they go and support Moore's stupidity

eltiraaz i totally agree, u cant beleive everything u hear and read, which is why i dont beleive michael moore. I find the world media have a lot of left wing bias in their reporting , i went to many differnet sites including interviews with the same people he interviewed, newspapers and as yellowcard said the time magazine. I really think his new doco is grossly ufair, especially as it targets an individual not an issue like gun control. Some of the things moore explores happened in the clinton era, it is documented (the pipeline through afghanistan), there are official documents that contradict what moore says. The fact that he won cannes film festival with his new one, questions the quality of the festival when a fictional documentary can win.

Moore is a politician posing as an entertainer. Farenheit 9/11 is a political broadcast on behalf of anyone who doesn't want George W. Bush to be president come November. He doesn't tell the truth, in the same way as politicians don't tell the truth. He argues his case, and, like George Bush, he makes no pretence at presenting his views as anything but the gospel truth.

It is simply up to the individual to make up their own mind what THEY believe.

i think moore is an entertainer posing as a politician, i dont think it is morally right to come out and make a movie based on false accuastions and manipulations of the truth to get someone fired and publically condemn someone in the way michael moore does. I dont think individuals can make up their mind after seeing this film due to the fact that they dont know the truth, i think people should hear both sides of the story before making up THEIR mind.

i think we call this an editorial as opposed to a documentary, or something of the sort. yeah, read everything. and what I did was after I read that website I made sure to go see the movie the same day so that it was fresh in my mind. Let yourself decide.

You have to look at both the movie and the site condemning Michael Moore critically.

Yes the movie was very bias and one sided.

However if you look further, you will find that the author of the site Richard Bushnell is an active Republican and thus Pro-Bush, just look at his anti-Kerry, anti-Clinton Cartoons (http://www.richardland.com/). If these are his views, of course he will be irate with the way the Moore portrays his leader and country.

So, taking all this into account, alongside several semesters worth of international politics’ knowledge. I still strongly believe that Bush is not a good president for America and is absolutely appalling as a world leader.

And that’s my two cents

Although thats true...Michael Moore claims that his video's are 100% factual. But the thing is that he DOES twist facts and twists video clips so that you see them in a horrible way.

I'll give an example. For those of you that have seen Bowling for Columbine. In the documentary, he tells you that the NRA has a meeting/rally in Colorado the same week of the Columbine accident. He makes Ted Nugent out to look like an ass with the things he is saying because this video of the rally shows him saying complete jackass things since it was that same week. BUT the video footage he is showing is from a NRA rally that was held the YEAR AFTER THE COLUMBINE INCIDENT. He never says that. He has you going off of the idea that it was the same week. He twists things in so many ways. This is just a small example.
