No. Tornado's don't really rest (when they're resting, they don't exist).
They don't have underground food. Human's that get "swallowed up" by tornado's don't "usually" escape. I can see where you're coming from with the other lines. But no. |

I changed
My food's underground I drink through a straw To My food's underground I drink it through a straw Meaning that the food is drank through a straw. That's what it meant before anyway, but the second version is a bit clearer. |
