A place thats kind of in the middle of every body is Costa Rica, though no oines really close to it it could be a vacation then secondly a reunion.

Its not close or to far from any one (except the New Zelander's) so that makes it a little more fair and if everone turn out to be a drag you can enjoy the beaches, etc.
