Hanging Around
There are some members here, who seem to spend an awful lot of their spare time on MusicBanter (I know I do) and you know, who you are.
Obviously this is a Music forum and we all share a love of music, but I'm sure there are many different reasons and I'm curious as to what they are. So, what are your reasons for returning to MusicBanter on a regular basis? |

Well I'm just a little new one, and I think it's pretty cool here.
I wanted to talk to some like-minded people, as the only person I can talk to about music is my dad, which is pretty lame. Hey, it's not my fault that kids these days are into bad music :P You all seem like pretty cool people too, and this 'lounge' always has something interesting to read!

I use it to fill some of my down time. I'm always at work or school or training and I find chillin' with my headphones on, bulls**tin' on here a good way to blow some steam and relate (like bruised-violet said) with like-minded people.

i come back because this place is filled with people who are much more interesting than anything i could meet in real life. the same exhiliration i had when i first started speaking to people from all over the world has not yet left me .plus, i go online pretty frequently because i have breaks from studying every two hours or so, and there's nout on the tele. oh and most importaintly, i have no life or friends and live alone so this is my way of keeping sane and maintaining some sort of communication with other human beings apart from "half of bread and one pack of smokes please".
