Haven't had hail like that here, but we had some intense weather last summer:

The weather bit starts after about 25 seconds

And another one, not as heavy:

it snowed about 2 feet last night. our driveway was completely covered, and people got stuck all over the place. It's been three months of winter, and there's three months left. I can't wait to ****ing move and never come back during October - April.

Southern Ontario, because their "cold" days are approximately -25 with windchill. it's usually -25 plus windchill here in the winter :P anywhere from -30 to -50 degrees Celsius. I have warm enough clothes, it's just depressing to be under snow for six months of the year.

We had straight line wind damage in a huge thunder storm last year.
large hail stones strong winds of 80 mph! really nasty,
clouds were really dark and yellowish warning horns were sounding off and everything very scary.

Florida is amazing. It's seemingly always sunny, and warm. (I've only been here a month, and I'm basking in it).
