You can have two drives per cable, one should be the master, and one should be the slave. Once you have done this, check the BIOS to ensure both are detected. If you still have a problem post back. Decoy, best anti-virus package, in my opinion, is AVG. It is free (http://free.grisoft.com) and unobtrusive. I would never recommend any of the larger AV packages (Norton et al) since they're all bloated, PC wrecking, heaps of junk. Dave
