Skate shoes seem to become more and more mainstream.

I hate fat, chunky skate shoes like that. They're ugly and difficult to skate in. You'll rarely see actual skateboarders wearing shoes like those.

Indeed, a good skate shoe has some degree of flexibility. Those things look like they were hewn out of stone...

I used to have these awesome Converse All Stars with the characters from Space Jam on them.

From Underground Station, actually, they usually wouldn't run fake stuff. :o

Uh, kicks can apply to any shoes right? [strikethrough]Not just ugly hip hop shoes that twelve year olds wear?[/strikethrough] I usually wear formal black heeled shoes or leather white plimsolls (lol pretentious 13 year old who likes post punk and new wave). I own one pair of proper sneakers, some Puma Rainbow Flavas or something. Look em up, though the picture probably won't do them any justice, they look much better on your feet.

I wear similar shoes to the ones RUN DMC wear in Walk This Way video, except they're black with white stripes. Most comfertable shoe going, followed by the classic Vans.

I hate Converse. The bit on the bottom (I've forgotten the name! :pssst: ) is too thin and it fels like I'm walking around in socks. Plus they're too narrow for my feet.
