I agree that the race card is played too much, but in some cases it is neccessary. There are times when people are discriminated against even today in 2006, which is pathetic. I do not agree that the blacks are the only ones contributing though. I live in Georgia. I have seen my fair share of redneck scum. They are complete idiots. They will call a black person a ******, they'll call a mexican a beaner, they call asians chinqs, yet they fail to realize that they themselves are filthy, dipping, redneck, rasict dirtbags. They console themselves by making fun of others. Racism is ridiculous, especially for the 21st Century. Wake Up People.

Serial killers are notorious for hanus, brutal, ruthless murders. Dismembering bodies, Cannibalism to hide the bodies. These people are crazy. And statistics show that the majority of them are white males.

There is no difference between an african american calling a white person a "cracker" than a white person calling an African American a "******". It is racism, plain and simple. I have heard it called "reverse racism". What is reverse about that? It isn't. It is tradition racism, and it doesn't matter who throws it out there. It shouldn't be accepted. Nor should "gringo" or "beaner"

I also believe that Black Power is a better cause than White Power. Though slavery is ended, racism isn't. In the days when African Americans needed to stick together (40s, 50s, 60s) Black Power was a great thing. Do you think that an Afrian American would even dare call a white person a "cracker" back in 1940? I doubt it. They were scared, and had every right to be. They were being lynched left and right. There houses were set fire to, their wives beaten. It was a scary time.

During all of this, what was the greater part of the "white south" doing?
Well, they were doing the lynching. White Power! Is the slogan for the KKK, the group that hung, set fire to the homes, and beat the wives of black men. Black Power was a movement to obtain equal rights for all people. No doubt that this got violent at times, but that wasn't its intended pupose, and the violent ones doing the acts in the name of "Black Power!" were not accepted by the group itself.

So, of the two White Power and Black Power, which seems like a more worthy cause? I'm going with Black Power all the way.

the term ******/nigga is not even a derrogatory term any more. its thrown aroud by so many people, in so many ways, that its lost its impact. hell, I get called a ****** by a friend of mine...who happens to be black...every day. its meant as a joke, and hardly means anything any more. the kids argument was really weak, and he was just trying to make a fuss to get noticed because of something that hasnt meant anything for years.

the teacher made a joke, and the kid probably DID say it first anyways. if he didnt...well....still, it was meant to be a joke in refference to the way that word is thrown around these days.

if the kid didnt get the joke....well...that just shows his ignorance and that he needs to get over himself. sure, saying that probably wasnt the best thing the teacher could have done, but for christs sake, the kid needs to lighten up.

Theres just as many white kids over here who use nigga as there are black people. Hell we have a whole fucking colony of white niggas in New Zealand who think "West Side" is the best thing since masturbation.

For todays generation, we shouldn't find nigga racist, it's part of this shitheap culture that certain music has brought to this day and age.

Sure more senior people around the age of 27 and onwards might find it insulting since thats going against there upbrining, and same with those who are morally sound in structure, and same with those who can "handle their poison", but for the majority of youth today, you can't screech to a halt and play the race card when the majority of you support the things that filter that crap into our lives in the first place.
