Of course. Its not as if everyone whose heart stops is dead inside forever more... Im not gonna get all spiritual and crap because people will only tell me to shut the hell up again, but if you didnt have a soul you wouldnt have ever worried about it. Or other people for that matter. Which Im very sure you do...

And, your posts are definately better without the random bolding and italics by the way

I guess I've recently decided that I could die the most horrible, painful death but I do not care as long as I die happy and in love.

I have a rather complex theory on deatrh, and how you should live your life. It's rather complex, though, so it'll take some explaining.

First of all, after death, there is nothing. No afterlife, no thought, no nothing. Therefore, death would be the ultimate form of relaxation, and there is no reason to fear death, as long as you're ready to accept it when you you die. And you are only ready to accept it, when your mind and conscience is completely cleared of all regret, shame, embarassment, guilt, and sadness. Therefore, you should respect your moral values and make peace with your sins when you do end. This can be done by either performing no actions for which you feel remorse, or by self-justification, in which you repent externally or internaly, until your actions no longer bother you. You've made amends. Of course, some people, such as criminals, may feel no remorse for crime and such. It takes somebody who feels the need to remove individuals like that from society to be at peace with themselves to balance the scale and maintain a circle of counter-values to maintain peace within the world. And this is the meaning of life, which will only become clear at the time or your death, when your conscience weighs out.

My grandfather died this past november, roughly the 11th. Alhimerz (sp) and it was a gradual decline, it was aweful, but we all came to grips with it, and frankly we were happy he was out of his suffering at the end. but the shock of sudden death is much worse than the logical understanding the end is near.

That said Alhimerz (someone help me out here) is the most corrupting illness I've ever witnessed. Anyone who laid eyes to it would fully endorse stem-cell research. Trust me, say what you will, until you witness, you can't imagine how aweful it is.
