Honestly that question marks irresponsibility. I ask all the time if she's on the pill, and I have to trust that she says yes, but I always use a condom. No two ways about it.

It depends how well you know the person. If it is your first time with someone then you should always use a condom. If you are in an established relationship then you can ditch the condom and the girl can be on the pill.

How well you know someone does not affect the liklihood of an STD.

i don't know this for a fact or anything.. but pulling out in my thoughts works wonders ;) anyways but i was told by i think a doctor and a friend of mine that was going in to be a doctor that precum will not get you pargnant and that must guys precum before actually entering the lady so there four its alright either way.. but ya.. but i also do know one thing for a fact that soemtimes in the moment a male can get confused between precum and cumming for force because sometimes there not far apart ;) anyways.. my point is i don't know any for facts about pulling out.. just guys doing it on the belly just gets annoying.. :D
