i think looks are important to a point.. if you find someone so attractive they seem perfect then that is amazing.. but you can't be so stuck on the looks of now if you see a long lasting future because looks fade and after a while if that person just ain't taking your breath away cause there not interesting then it sucks!!

Yet practically every guy I work with wants her because she`s funny , flirty & generally fun to be around.

I value looks. But I value personality more. I'm not going to act high and mighty and say that I would go out with a cool ugly chick. Because I wouldn't. But i'd prefer a good looking nice girl to a gorgeous not so nice girl.
